Anger is a natural response to certain challenges -- such as stress, disagreements and pain -- a response which most everyone experiences from time to time. Yet, some expressions of anger can be harmful, even dangerous to oneself or others (such as others at home, school or work).
The ways we express anger toward ourselves, anger toward others, anger toward our situations, can be changed. Even the anger we feel can be changed when we have the tools to do this.
Join us to learn to manage and even transform our anger! Whether you are someone who has been taught to show your anger in forceful ways, and or someone who has been taught to stuff your anger away, letting it boil deep down inside until it either hurts you or someone else – you will find yourself changed by this ANGER MANAGEMENT TRAINING.
We conduct ANGER MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS and WORKSHOPs for individuals and groups. These are usually conducted as 10-12 week, half year and or one year programs. A certificate of completion is given upon completion. Some persons request a more rapid training with more hours per meeting and fewer meetings.
